Attic Fire

Swartz Contracting & Emergency Services was called by the homeowner’s insurance agent. The house fire was back in January. Fire was caused by the junction box in the attic. Along with the fire damage, the house endured water damage and smoke damage. Water mitigation services were completed within 5 days and the reconstruction from the fire damage is a work in progress. Demo has been completed and put back is quickly coming together.
