This intermediate seminar will make participants aware of important policy provisions and underlying legal concepts used in insurance. Topics include tort law theories, subrogation, indemnifaction, immunity, and reservation of rights.

This basic seminar will make attendees aware of the basic provisions of the garage keepers liability policy. It will review definitions, policy structure, insuring agreement, exclusions, coverages, conditions and common endorsements. Practical recommendations will be provided to understand this complicated and confusing policy. ISO forms will be used as the basis of this presentation.
