Back in 2016, the fire department called our team out to board up a property after a house fire. We boarded up all the windows, doors and the garage except for the back entry door because it was able to be secured without having to board it up and tarped two holes in the roof to prevent further damage to the home. Once the emergency board up portion was completed and the restoration estimate was agreed upon with the homeowner and the insurance adjuster, we were able to start on the demo to the interior and part of the exterior. With the extent of the damage, this job took Swartz Restoration 5 months to complete.
