Swartz Contracting is Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certified (IICRC) which includes water damage and fire restoration. All management, estimators, project managers, and technicians are IICRC certified. Our technicians that work with the water restoration jobs are WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certified, our construction men that work with restorations are FSRT (Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician) certified, and each certified employee at Swartz Contracting is in good standing with their certifications.

Swartz Contracting is a certified EPA Lead-Safe contractor. This means that we are certified under the EPA’s Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule and our staff is trained in lead-safe work practices.
