There are many people who have not heard of us, which means we cannot serve them when they need us the most.

Why should you put out one of our yard signs?
1. You get a free coffee!
When you put out one of our free yard signs, we will “Thank you” with a $5 Starbucks gift card.
It’s a simple thing to put out a yard sign for a few months, and it’s a simple thing to swing through the drive-thru to grab your free coffee afterward.
2. You can win $100!
If you want to take it a step further, we invite you to post a picture of the yard sign in your yard.
You get the freedom to stage the picture however you like, with whomever you like.
We completely understand if you want to include our yard sign in this year’s family portrait, too, and we will not charge you a royalty fee for choosing to do so!
When you post your pic to social media and you tag our business page, you get entered into a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card.
That’s right! Free coffee and a free birthday present just for putting out and posting a pic of our yard sign!
For a photo to be counted as an entry, it must include #waterdamage #restoration and you must tag our business page as well by including @SwartzRestoration in your post.
You may post multiple photos, and you may post photos of someone else’s sign as well.
To enter for the $100 gift card, you are not required to have your own sign. You simply must post a photo with the hashtags and tag our page.
