The adjuster for this job called us to board up this 2 story apartment unit. The fire happened in the downstairs kitchen and there was smoke damage upstairs. There was no exterior damage to the unit and reconstruction was all interior work. This apartment was gutted and placed new walls, paint, cabinets, counters and flooring. It took 5 months to complete this project.
