A shower drain backs up in Lima, Ohio, giving the home owner an experience they will not forget. The basement sump pump backed up, causing water in the shower on the main floor to overflow. Water then flowed across the bathroom floor into the hallway, and then into the dining and living rooms. The water seeped back into the basement, adding an extra room that needed dried out.

Our team extracted the excess water, especially what was sitting on the laminate floor. Part of the laminate flooring was removed since the water that seeps underneath it will not dry out effectively. Once our team set the fans and dehumidifiers, they connected the dehumidifier drain lines to a bathroom sink, allowing the water that was pulled from the air to be removed from the mess.
