A fire broke out in a top apartment unit in Wapakoneta, Ohio. The fire caused serious damage to the top units and burned the roof as well. We were called out to board up the property. With hanging debris from the roof, we had to put up a fence barrier to keep pedestrians safe. While the barrier was up, our crew was working hard to remove the hanging debris. The owner of the building decided not to restore the apartment building. This was unlike the majority of the jobs we do. Instead of a board up and restoration, we just removed the debris and secured the property to keep the public safe.
