Restaurant/Apartment Fire Damage

This job was called in to us by the property owner of the restaurant back in 2013. Above the restaurant is an apartment where the fire started. Although the fire damage was in the apartment above, the restaurant had water damage and smoke damage as well. This was a unique restoration because unlike other jobs, it was split into 2 phases and took about a year to complete.
