Summer Storm Damage

Author: CCG Dev March 13, 2014

No one ever plans to have storm damage.  Storms often come with little notice and we’re never real sure of their strength until they hit.

The most recent big storm in our area was the one of June 29, 2012 (and others in Ohio June 28th through July 4th).  It was the third costliest insurance event in Ohio history.  A recent estimate of insured losses total around *$433.5million .  It was also considered the eighth major Ohio natural disaster since 2011.

What kind of damage was incurred from the most recent storm?  Homeowners and renters claimed wind and hail damage to roofs, gutters, siding, windows, and other property.
