Water Damage from Frozen Pipes

We were called out to assess the water damage from frozen pipes.

Due to subzero temperatures, a toilet tank on the first level had burst while the homeowners were away. The water sat for days until the homeowner’s brother checked on the house.

The drying needs were considered to be specialty drying because of the drying of the plaster walls, wood floors, and ornate wood working. The house was dried out, but there was still extensive damage that needed restored.

Our crew was able to save the historical structural integrity of the home while fixing all damages!

Water Damage to Hardwood Gym Floor

Kalida, OH

We received a call from a homeowner who had water damage on their hardwood gym floor in an out-building.

A strong storm had blown in the garage door to the building, and rain water ran underneath the floor, causing it to swell.

With our powerful hardwood floor drying system, we were able to make the floor return to its pre-loss condition with no swelling.

Hotel Water Damage Restoration

Sidney, OH

An early morning call around 4:00am on a Saturday morning brought our water team to a hotel water damage restoration project.

A faulty toilet supply line in a Hampton Inn had burst in a second story room. Water was raining down through the ceilings of the kitchen, conference room, computer lab, dining room, exercise room and hallways. Four rooms on the second story were also affected.

We were able to effectively dryout the hotel, while they remained open and operational. Most of the drying was complete in 3 days, with restoration beginning immediately after.

Pipe Burst in Restaurant

Lima, OH

In December of 2017, Mellow Mushroom called for help in drying out their restaurant after a frozen pipe burst in the ceiling.

Our team set up the equipment quickly, extracting the excess water on the floor and setting fans and dehumidifiers to begin the dryout process.

While the complete dryout took a few days, we were able to get them opened back up for the evening dinner rush.

Flooded Golf Course

We were called to a golf course after 2-3′ of water flooded the clubhouse. Our Water Team got to work, setting the equipment to dry out the flooring and walls.

There were lots of contents that needed moved before the restoration phase could begin. Most of the floors and bottoms of the walls were removed, which allowed the rest of the structure to be dried out.

Once everything was dry, we began restoring the building so it could be used again.

Church Fire Restoration

A church contacted us to help with a fire restoration for their entire building.

Most of the fire damage was limited to the sanctuary, but smoke damage permeated much of the rest of the building.

Our team was able to clean up and restore the church within 6 months.

Water Damage from Frozen Pipe Burst

We were called out to a local business to secure a commercial property after it suffered from an electrical fire in one of their buildings.

We boarded things up to protect it from further damage from the elements until the restoration phase could begin.

Thankfully, the business was still able to operate while our team restored their building.

Fallen Tree Damage to Home

A fallen tree caused extensive damage to this home after a storm passed through the area.

A local tree service company helped remove the tree, and we were able to secure the home with tarps until the restoration phase was able to begin.

We guided the home owner through the entire restoration process.

Water Damage in Basement

Lima, OH

Our Water Team responded quickly when the home owner called, saying his sump pump had backed up, causing water damage in his basement.

His finished basement was soaked as water covered every square inch of the basement.

We extracted over 600 gallons of water from this basement, and then set our drying equipment to finish drying it the rest of the way.

Wind Damage to Commercial Property

After a storm rolled through Lima, Ohio, this commercial property was damaged. The wind blew so hard it forced part of the roof overhang to collapse.

Our team was able to secure the property, protecting it from further damage until the restoration phase could begin.

We were able to build a new entryway for this business, with a secure overhang that would not be at risk of wind damage again.

Vehicle Damage to Garage

After a vehicle caused damage to a garage, our team boarded up the property to protect it from further damage.

We removed all of the damaged brick, and built it back up to tie into the existing brick that was undamaged.

With a brand new garage door, the place looked as good as new.

Garage Fire

Lima, OH

A garage fire started when a parked vehicle caught fire during the night. The fire spread to the home, causing extensive fire damage and smoke damage throughout.

Our team was called to secure the property to protect from the elements and nosy intruders.

Then we went to work behind the scenes, working with the insurance company and the home owners.

This one was a long project, but the home owners were thrilled with the restoration our team performed for them.

Vehicle Damage to Front Door

The Bath Township Fire Department called us to secure the property after a vehicle damaged the front door of this home.

Our team secured the property and worked with the home owners to restore the inside and outside of their home.

While this was the not the first vehicle to damage their home, we hope it’s the last.

House Fire from Parked Car

Bluffton, OH

A car parked near the garage caught fire, spreading to the garage and the home.

Our team boarded up the property the night of the fire, and our team went to work the next morning getting the restoration process started.

Six months later, we handed over the keys to the completely restored home, having gutted and renovated the entire home.
