We were called out to assess the water damage from frozen pipes.

Due to subzero temperatures, a toilet tank on the first level had burst while the homeowners were away. The water sat for days until the homeowner’s brother checked on the house.

The drying needs were considered to be specialty drying because of the drying of the plaster walls, wood floors, and ornate wood working. The house was dried out, but there was still extensive damage that needed restored.

Our crew was able to save the historical structural integrity of the home while fixing all damages!

We received a call from a homeowner who had water damage on their hardwood gym floor in an out-building.

A strong storm had blown in the garage door to the building, and rain water ran underneath the floor, causing it to swell.

With our powerful hardwood floor drying system, we were able to make the floor return to its pre-loss condition with no swelling.

Hotel Water Damage Restoration

An early morning call around 4:00am on a Saturday morning brought our water team to a hotel water damage restoration project.

A faulty toilet supply line in a Hampton Inn had burst in a second story room. Water was raining down through the ceilings of the kitchen, conference room, computer lab, dining room, exercise room and hallways. Four rooms on the second story were also affected.

We were able to effectively dryout the hotel, while they remained open and operational. Most of the drying was complete in 3 days, with restoration beginning immediately after.

Our team responded to this late night call, quickly helping the business to begin drying out the water damage and cleaning up the mess.

They were able to stay open during the entire dryout process.

Our Water Team responded quickly when the home owner called, saying his sump pump had backed up, causing water damage in his basement.

His finished basement was soaked as water covered every square inch of the basement.
